Medical Conditions
Due to the nature of the activities that take place during USNA Summer STEM, the following questions should be answered in their entirety. 

Please note: The USNA Summer STEM Program does not have medical staff available to administer medication. Additionally, participants are not permitted to self-administer prescription medications while attending the program.
Please describe any medical conditions including seasonal, ingestible, and contact allergies. Include medical conditions where you have received medical treatment or taken medications in the last 3 months. Include medical conditions that would prohibit you from doing any sort of physical exercise including but not limited to running, swimming, calisthenics, lifting and bearing weight. Include any medical conditions or injuries that will require future medical treatment.

For example any history of asthma, heart condtions, color deficient vision, and/or hearing impairments.
